Joshua brings hands-on experience deploying AI at the corporate level, paired with a deep passion for business development. For the past few years he has been immersed in studying private equity — with a particular focus on value creation after the deal closes: the operational growth and development that turns an acquisition into a stronger business. That same builder's mindset drives how he approaches every Ignite engagement.

Will brings a strong passion for building genuine customer relationships and a creative instinct that sets his work apart. He has managed the business and marketing side of music artists — from brand-building to audience growth — and brings that same creative, relationship-first energy to every client Ignite works with.

We have known each other for over ten years — long before Ignite ever existed. That decade of trust is why we work as a genuine team, not two people who happened to start a company together.

Over those years we have built side by side, taking on freelance web design, social media management, and small consulting projects for real clients.

That partnership is proven: we won first place in a statewide New Hampshire digital advertising competition two years in a row, combining strategy, creativity, and execution as a team.

We were also invited to speak at a statewide business conference on entrepreneurship — sharing our belief in starting now and getting perfect later, rather than waiting for a perfect moment that never comes.
