What exactly is a brand agent?

A brand agent is a custom AI assistant trained specifically on your business — your colors, fonts, tone of voice, and document styles. Instead of starting from scratch every time you need to create a proposal, presentation, or internal document, you simply ask the agent and it produces something that already looks and sounds like your business. Think of it as a team member who knows your brand better than anyone.

Do I need my own AI account or software?

For our Brand Development package, you will need a Claude account to access your brand agent. Claude offers paid plans starting at $20/month. We handle all the setup and training — you just need the account to access it. We will walk you through everything so it is ready to use from day one.

How long does the process take?

Most projects are delivered within one to two weeks from your discovery call. The timeline depends on how quickly we can connect to understand your business and gather any existing materials. We move fast — the back and forth with you is usually the longest part.

What happens after the project is delivered?

We do not disappear after delivery. We offer a $100/month maintenance plan that covers hosting, ongoing support, and up to three content or site updates per month. As your business evolves your AI tools can evolve with it.

Do I need to know anything about AI to work with you?

Not at all. That is exactly why we exist. You do not need any technical knowledge — we handle everything from setup to deployment. If you can send an email you can use what we build for you.

Are you able to work with any type of business?

We work best with professional service firms and growing small businesses in New Hampshire — consultants, real estate teams, accounting firms, financial advisors, and similar. That said, if you are outside that profile we are always happy to have a conversation and see if we can help.

What makes Ignite different from just using ChatGPT myself?

ChatGPT is a general purpose tool — it does not know your business, your brand, your processes, or your clients. What we build is trained specifically on how your business operates and what it looks like. The result is work that actually sounds and looks like you, not a generic AI response. We also handle the entire setup, training, and deployment so you are not spending hours figuring it out yourself.

How is pricing determined?

We offer two packages at $1,500 each as launch pricing — this rate will increase as our availability fills. Every engagement starts with a free discovery call where we learn about your business and confirm which package fits. If your needs fall outside a standard package we will build a proposal around what you actually need.
